Mayor David Miller attended a town hall forum held in the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus on March 3 to discuss the 2015 Pan Am Games. The mayor was there to encourage students to vote yes on a $30-million levy that would help pay for the athletic facility being built on the campus. And as Observer Radio’s Saeda Raghe reports, not all students are happy with paying to bring the Pam Am Games to Toronto.
