Centennial College’s School of Health Sciences held their bi-annual mock disaster event, which combines professional nurses and doctors, with students from the School of Health Sciences. ACAATO College Day

Centennial College joined other colleges from across the province for ACAATO’s (Association of Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology of Ontario) College Day at Queen’s Park. A.Y. Jackson Unveiling

Centennial College’s Centre for Creative Communications is currently the temporary home for an A.Y. Jackson Art Collection on loan from the S. Walter Stewart Library, which is under renovation. With the help of the East York Foundation and the Learning Resource Centre, the CCC presented a wine and cheese event to publically unveil the collection, in its new location. [ See more » ]

Kirk Makin

Kirk Makin was formerly a court reporter for The Globe and Mail. He is now the Globe’s legal affairs reporter. Kirk came to Centennial College’s HP Centre for Science and Technology to talk about life as a reporter covering the “Justice Beat” as well as covering journalistic topics such as ethics and revealing of sources.
