The Eastern Commerce Saints High School senior boys basketball team is off to the provincial championships for the third straight year.
The final game of the City Championships took place in the Kerr Centre at Ryerson University yesterday.
As the Observer’s Dan Heyman reports, it was a hard fought battle until the bitter end.

The Eastern Commerce Saints are Toronto South Region champions. The Tier 1 senior boys basketball team beat the rival Oakwood Barons 68-67 to advance to the city championships beginning on Feb. 18.
The boys are looking to repeat as city champions and hopefully Ontario champions.
