Panhandlers. People sleeping on subway grates. These are just some of the images of homelessness seen throughout Toronto. Some say it’s a problem so rampant that it has become easy to overlook. That’s why one group of artists and advocates came together two years ago to photograph the homeless experience for a unique art project. Recently, photographers and directors of the project came together to discuss their experience. Victoria Wells has this report.
