The TTC Chair says a lack of federal funding won’t affect your pockets. Yet after the release of the federal budget the Toronto transit commission was disappointed it didn’t get as much funding as it hoped it would. So now, as the Observer’s Alexandra Kazia reports, the TTC wishes it had an Obama style bailout.
