Chris Adams is the co-founder of film company Participant Productions with well-known Canadian philanthropist and eBay’s first CEO, Jeff Skoll.
Participant’s film credits include Syriana with George Clooney and Matt Damon, North Country with Charlize Theron, and Good Night and Good Luck with George Clooney.
Adams was also the executive producer of Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth and is presently working as the executive producer of the Global Poverty Project.
On Sept. 10, 2009, Adam’s was the keynote speaker at the Centennial College School of Communications, Media and Design’s Welcome Back Lunch for students. Later that afternoon in the Centre for Creative Communications’ studio, Adams spoke to students in a more relaxed and intimate setting.
