A referendum held at the University of Toronto Scarborough to determine the fate of a world class Pan Am Games facility ends tonight.
A number of students are unhappy about funding the facility, and the decision has come to a vote which opened up on Wednesday.
As Observer Radio’s Billy Courtice reports, the students may be deciding the fate of more than just the games.
